1) Any transfer of ticket must be prearranged with the workshop organiser.
2) Refunds depend on the amount of materials and/or services already used, consumed, received by the patron or paid in organising the event.
3) Normally, tickets cancelled 2 weeks before the workshop will be refunded the full amount paid less transaction fee, which is normally not more than 2% of amount paid.
4) A payment confirmation will be emailed to you, which may also serve as tax invoice or receipt (Earth Building Solutions ABN 52448979138; amount includes GST).

6) Any persons who are too noisy, drunk, threatening or unruly may be asked to leave the premises.
7) If the workshop is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all patrons.
